The hexagonal rhythm game...
Imagine this: your judgement bar just got bent in six places, forming a hexagon! Now, you have six lanes, each at a different angle with notes coming in from the center to the outside (or the other way around depending on your theme)
Simple at its core: Move your mouse to the segment you see a note coming from or point your joystick in its direction - hit the note in time with the beat with your left click or the shoulder buttons that are on the same side as your joystick.
New to rhythm games? We've got you covered. Our levels come with three default difficulties (or, if you're looking at a special level, four): Easy, Normal, Hard and (optionally) Insane. Besides the difficulty, you can also set how big your hexagon (playfield) is and how fast notes move.
Lifelong rhythm game player? We also thought of you. Our higher difficulty levels (Hard & Insane) are crafted to set you up for a challenge, ranging from fast, dense to complicated patterns to just pure reading challenges (thanks to gameplay twists!)
Allergic to monotony: Our charts feature hand-crafted gimmicks and four note types: Hit, Hold (green note with a stick coming out of it), Flick (The four chevrons) and Swipe (The chevrons in a straight line).
Built for controllers
Dual-stick hexagonal gameplay isn't just different - it's a coordination challenge disguised as a rhythm game. You have to learn and adapt to this new mean, almost like learning a new instrument. Once you do, you may never look at rhythm games the same again.
"But isn't controller input inaccurate?"
It is! But we have morphed the game around human error, with snap extensions and context-aware magnetism.
What else?
Gimmicks: Charts can modify how their notes look and how fast they come in (and their exact position) on the fly.
Workshop: Gather creations from our community or upload your own.
Themes: Whether you like your notes coming in from the outside to the center or vice versa, thin or circular, we have a theme for that!
