LEADERBOARDS!!!!!1!!1 Every game mode has its own leaderboard, which can be filtered to be friends-only, so you can compete with your friends, or set to global, so you can compare your skills to others across the globe, competing to get the highest score! Along with this big new feature, 1.10 includes some other new features and some big fixes. Other noteable features: - Explosive bags can now hit flying enemies if you manage to make them explode at the right time - Melee attacks don't cancel your jump anymore when going upwards. You can still hit melee while falling to extend your air time, though - Whacking off maggots with a melee attack now includes a fun little particle effect that shows the maggots flying off the player Bug fixes: - SUPER LONG RUNS ARE NOW FIXED! Originally if you went insanely far (100.000m+) the game would start gradually bugging out more and more. This is now fixed! LET'S GOOOOOO! ULTRA RUNS ARE NOW FINALLY POSSIBLE!!! - The 'micro-jump' that happened if you tried jumping at the exact moment you finished rolling (or right as you landed) doesn't occur anymore - If your 10th outfit unlock happened to be an in-run unlock (Gasmaskguy, Death) it would softlock you out of the random skin unlock + achievement. This is now fixed. If this happened to you, buying any new skin will unlock the random skin and the achievement for you - Spamming melee while running into a wall doesn't cause you to glitch into the ground anymore - You can't start with a tutorial in moss hollow, or the bandit camp anymore. Hey everyone, Thijs here. Since the game's launch it has received daily patches/updates (except for yesterday). Thanks to your feedback I've been busy fixing bugs and adding small changes every day, but I didn't want to spam your library with patch notes, so I'm bundling a week's worth of patches/updates into one big list. Here are all the changes: Changes: - the 'bat stun' item changed into the 'stun bullet' item to make it more clear that it works on both bats and flies - bandit camp was made slightly easier, with more space between certain obstacles - achievements that can be unlocked from the menu now also work in fridge mode (before that would softlock you out of those achievements) - the first corpse encounters will come with a banner pointing at it to make it more obvious that it's not an obstacle to dodge - there is now an option to skip items. That will make it so that you don't have to wait for the timer to go down when you're trying to unlock hardcore mode, for instance - the unlocks sheet in the logbook has changed visually - every spike now looks unique and has a significantly higher contrast from the background - melee attacks don't gravity-cancel in the bandit camp anymore to make it easier to hop from lane to lane - controller support has improved massively overall and the game plays significantly smoother on steam deck now Bug fixes: - originally if you chose moss hollow as your starting stage there was a chance you would hit the wall if you chose a specific path with a specific speed. Well not anymore - items aren't layered on top of the distance skip transition - you can't start the game while on the 'are you sure you want to exit?' menu and you can't open said menu while starting the game anymore - you can't get stuck on a wall anymore by swinging your hammer while face-planted - changing audio settings while in a run saves them - some typo fixes - spamming escape during the un-pause countdown doesn't break the game anymore - extended magazine doesn't force the player to shoot all bullets in one go anymore (was a bug, not a feature) - you can't perform any actions anymore while the un-pause countdown is going on - you can't aim forever anymore by moving your cursor to the left of the character and not releasing the aim button - when starting a run from the bandit camp the 'looted' state of the free corpse (sleeping guy) isn't the wrong one anymore I'm sure I missed a bunch of other small changes, but it is what it is.
