I'm also working on changing Steam art and the overall look of the Store page, as it hardly represents the current state of the game (and I did notice that, for some reason, the GIFs in there are slowed down.

Now your game auto saves every 10 minutes or every time you beat a boss. Also, items no longer get auto sold when you save. That was something that I added when was testing a long time ago and I'm not sure why I kept it there.... that was an oversight, but it's now added.
Couple game breaking bugs that I introduced last patch are now fixed: - You money is now properly displayed again - pressing F9 no longer loads a previous game (without updating items and etc) causing weird stats accumulation Thank you for the patience and sorry about that ><
First of all, I'd like to thank everyone that didn't return the game. I understand there was a bunch of problems on Early Access launch, or maybe some people beat the game too fast, anyway, it ended up with us having a little over 20% return rate, which is not ideal. With that being said, I THANK YOU VERY MUCH for sticking with the game. Even with the numbers not looking great, I plan to honor everyone that put their trust in me, and eventually deliver a product that we are all satisfied with. That's to say, keep the bugs and ideas coming! The discord server is a great place to make that happen Now on to the update. Loadouts are back! And Saving/Load Integrations are getting better and better by the day. But before we start, a little patch note: -Blue Elites don't make enemies invulnerable anymore, instead they give it 80% damage reduction. -Blue Elites will appear more often. Before the blue elites would just kill any type of Idle build, which took literally half of the fun of the game away. An oversight for sure. Now they give damage reduction to the enemies that are affected by it, which means it makes them a lot tougher, but at least they are not game breaking anymore. Granted, they are still on a period of testing and maybe 80% is too much, I will keep my eyes open. Bug fixes: -Switched the achievements notation to English. (1,000 instead of 1.000) -You can now start a new game when you first open the game, even if you already had a game going. (no need to continue the game and than going back to the main menu) -Loadouts are now working and won't cause you to lose your items. You still need to start a new game, as your current run won't be able to properly load your old loadouts. -New games will no longer secretly be the of the highest ascension when you create a new game, even if you try to start at ascension 0. -Boss bar properly loads your correct progress when you load a game. -The Spike Ball gadget will no longer exit through the top of the screen. Now the newfound bugs: -Loaded Items keep the original language from when they were saved -If you have a bunch of elite or higher waves enemies on the screen during the main menu, when you start a new game, it triggers the first boss to appear. -Pressing ENTER on your keyboard opens a random shop tab And the "previously mentioned but not fixed yet" ones: - Some machines doesn't display the game Icon in the task bar. - Dragging an Item and right clicking would sometimes sell random items from your inventory - After loading a save, the Basllista upgrades are available for purchase again (and don't do anything) if you had already bought them - Ascensions 1 and 2 are showing the tutorial, when it should only be enabled for ascension 0. - Saving doesn't save your language preferences - There is no explanation for the elite enemies - Sometimes either the elites or the Sucker gadget will prevent you from pick/dragging gadgets using the tool. - The boss bar does nor properly display when the Purple Skull boss will show up sometimes (if you have more information about this, please let me know) - Autosell settings not loading properly from saves (sometimes) - Game window goes back to default when starting a new game - Sometimes a button will turn green besides you having bought all Upgrades for that gadget. - Sometimes the Sucker Upgrade button will not turn green despite you being able to buy it. The show must go on. And for that to happen, I must provide bug fixes even during my birthday! Bug FIxes: - Achievement for ascension one being skipped and instead being awarded Ascension 2 during main menu. now you will be properly awarded achievements as you beat the ascensions - Red items possibly not scaling properly with ascension. Now unique Items will also get the benefit of being dropped during an Ascension - Playtime Messed up when loading a save. Now the game will properly save and load your playtime for each run. - Loading a save would turn your current ascension into Ascension 0. This no longer happens. - Equipping the Sucker after having bought the Ballista Size upgrade no longer make it HUGE. Again, I appreciate everyone that played my game, and all of the feedback and bugs reported. It helps a lot with getting it to a point where I'm confident releasing it! Now on to the list of new knows bugs... I had a few different report of bugs being cause by the loadout feature, because of its low importance/frequency players interact with it, I'm disabling it for now, until I can have a better look at it. if you already have it unlocked, please avoid using it for now (unless you don't mind doing some bug testing for me hahaha, but I've had reports of loosing all their items, and reports of it just not working at all). with that being said, here are the actual bug fixes: -Damage text no longer show over tutorial and popups -You can't get stuck on the control tab anymore, as it shows over the store, and you should be able to both open AND close it using the "keyboard and mouse" button. -Gadget type not being saved -> Unfortunately, previous saves will not be able to recover their previous gadgets, but every gadget you get from now on (even on older saves) will be properly recorded and load with their proper types. -You can no longer sell an Item if its equipped. Selling an Item while equipped was never intended, but was possible to do using the radial menu, which caused a multitude of bugs and soft locks. This has now been fixed. I Hear your feedback! Elite enemies buffing each other is soft locking people, and although closing and reopening the game solves it, its just annoying to deal with and halts progression by a lot. Now Elite enemies enemies can not buff each other anymore. They can't heal, they don't get double health, and they will never be invulnerable. Another quick tip to help dealing with them is equipping the Tool, it helps you locate them easily! Also I managed to fix the Ballistas growing too much bug. Please let me know if you find anything else! Remember to update your games to see these changes in effect!

The game is Out! And with it came a bug that I thought was fixed. AND NOW IT IS Autosell would persist between ascensions and make the game literally unbeatable. When you mix the new elite enemies with the lack of item and good weapons, its just almost impossible to progress. This should be fixed now. I apologize for the inconvenience, there is no need to restart your save or anything, but I would recommend starting a new game (you will still have access to the previous run items like you did the first time you got to ascension 1) but now without your items being autosold! Go smash some monsters!
You read it right! If a few more touches to the visuals of the enemies and weapons, the demo version will now start seeing very few updates, which means I can focus on working on the early access version! Saving is now working properly, and I'm very excited to announce that I will soon have need to testers here on steam! Not a lot to say on this update, but it is HUGE news.
