As always, you can get them as drops, in the Steam Store or buy and sell them in the Steam Marketplace! [hr][/hr] We are aware of an issue related to Coins images not properly loading sometimes. We have just deployed a fix to ease the load on the server hosting them, so they should work at least better now. We will be expanding on it further in due time.
