It all started with our release on December 9th. Since then, weve been thrilled to see a 95% positive review score from players. The cherry on top? GameGrins Dylan Pamintuan surprised us with a glowing 9.5/10 review - what a way to kick things off! But the biggest "9" came just before we wrapped 2024 Just two days after launch, Janosik 2 was nominated for the Indie of the Year Award on IndieDB, standing tall alongside 99 other incredible indie games, including the Game of the Year nominee, Balatro. We were beyond happy to be considered for the award so soon after launch, but when the final results came in, our excitement reached new heights:

Hello adventurers, We're excited to let you all know that Janosik 2: Prologue is now Steam Deck Verified! You can now take Janka with you anywhere you go, and continue your adventures on your commute, at school, work, or you can even visit Slovakian Highlands while venturing through pixel-art highlands! We've also prepared a couple of fixes that have been reported by the players. Here they are:

• Fixed a bug that caused pause menu to pop up when entering Level 3
• Added extra doors to make it easier to get out of the underwater level. We've received a report from a player who went in without the underwater breathing skill and had a hard time getting back, that should no longer be a case!

Hello adventurers, In the previous patch, we fixed a bug that prevented some players from jumping down through platforms. However, that fix eliminated the problem only for players using a keyboard, not a gamepad. In this hotfix, we're addressing the issue for gamepad users as well. Enjoy!
