Hi again Before getting into what's next and a recap of what's been happening the past few weeks, we'd like to share a couple of lovely reviews we've encountered so far:

We've also loved coming across a few streamers and YouTubers play the demo, and honestly, it's been super fun to see and we're keen for sharing the full game soon!

Releasing 1st of July

The team is working hard on squashing bugs and putting the final touches on the game, and we're on track to release in a couple weeks (and we're super excited).

The demo also gets a patch:

New

• Added a hold behaviour option in settings. Hold-to-hold is the new default, though you can toggle this off to get the old behaviour of click-to-toggle-hold.

• Gamepad gets a close prompt for overlay menus.

Changed

• Further tweaks to collision boxes.

• Updated credits with some more wonderful folks who've helped us.

• Logic adjustments to the way the god hand (hand that gives back items) works.

• More emphasis given to the life counter when losing a life.

Bug fixes

• The god hand no longer breaks its "loop prison".

• Player hand now doesn't clip through the floor on the end screen.

• Hopefully patched randomly not being able to grab any items (this one is tough to test).

Recap: Queensland Games Festival

Being our first free and public event, it was truly motivating to see people of all ages enjoy the game. Not only did we get lots of amazing feedback, it was great to meet and catch up with other local devs.
