Howdy Partner - and welcome to the second content update of Wild West Saloon. This update includes a completely new level (with new customer types, new drinks and a new buildable object), some improvements to the build menu and some changes to workers.
New Level: Hacienda
In addition to a completely new setting, the new level also has new drinks (Tequila & Rum), new customer types, a new food (Quesadilla) and a new buildable object: the Distillery.
With the Distillery you can produce your own Tequila or Rum!
Build menu
The build menu has been adjusted slightly. The list of buildable objects is now on the right side and there are now categories for better overview.
There are also now decorative objects!
Workers
When a worker is fired, other workers may become unhappy - and even quit if they are extremely unhappy. A confirmation window for firing has been added.
In addition, applicants can now be rejected. (in order to preserve space for new applicants)
Other changes
- There is now a cost column in the item prices window.
- When a new game is started, a popup is displayed which briefly explains how to unlock the next level.
- The cost of making Stew has been slightly reduced.
- Popups can now be removed instantly with a right click.
- The Delivery Station has been removed in the Military Fort level. (existing savegames are not affected)
- A new achievement has been added for the Piano.
- The item prices window now only shows Food once a Kitchen has been placed.
- A bug has been fixed where you could still play the Piano after the end of the day.
- Fixed a bug where 1, 2 & 3 keys would unpause the game while being in the pause menu.
- Fixed a bug where a worker would endlessly request a new salary.
What's next?
The next content updates will bring at least one new level and add a new unique mechanic to the
Big City. There will also be new customer types, drinks and buildable/ decorative objects!
