Note -
Pixel Starships is totally free to play and is designed for fair balance for all players. However, there are in-app items that can be purchased for real money to help speed up progress or offer cosmetic and unique improvements. Real currency purchases are not required to fully progress to end game. There are also idle mechanics in the game akin to EVE or Clash of Clans. This is not an FTL style rogue-like game.

Introducing: War Games! Take to the helm, ready your Crew and engage the most advanced ships in the Galaxy!
War Games pits captains against unique targets, each with their own specialty: the heavily armored Juggernauts multiple Shields, the Lanciers extreme Laser firepower, the Carriers swarming Craft capacity, or the Bombardiers insane Missile payload.
Each War Game challenge tasks you with a particular Attack Vector:
Turkey Shoot: Destroy as many Enemy Crafts as possible
[/*]Sabotage: Deal as much System Damage as possible
[/*]Time Trial: Defeat the Enemy as quickly as possible
[/*]Disassemble: Disable as many Droids as possible
[/*]& many more to be revealed!

Final Ranks based on the best attempt during the challenge. All ranks reward a stash of valuable loot, and Leaderboards reset for each challenge.
Victorious captains will also be able to earn and display exclusive new Ribbons to highlight their achievements. Ribbons appear around your currently selected Pin.
Each Campaign has special Ribbon art. Once concluded, this art will not be available again.
Outrank other Captains to claim your title as the ULTIMATE Commander-in-Chief!!
Ship Layout Saving!
Upon release, Captains can unlock Ship Layout Save Slots!
This feature saves your current Rooms, Crew, Modules, and AI setup, enabling you to swap to your preferred strategy via the Shipyard whenever you like!
Slots are unlocked via Laboratory Research and are unique for each Ship Hull they own at their current Level.
Subscribers will also gain access to an additional Layout Slot.
New Items!
New Defense Hangar Room!
New levels will be added for several existing Rooms, but so will a brand new Room Design!
The Defense Hangar (DFH) is available from Ship Level 8. It provides PLT-based Crew access to 5 new defense-focused Crafts.
Missile Turret Drone

Collection Perk Updates!
Crew Collection Perks will see several performance improvements.
A full breakdown of all Collection/Crew changes will be available upon release, but here are just a few examples:
Athletes 100% Chance to Remove Status Effects now triggers on Crew Repair instead of Attack.
[/*]Joseon Traders Increase RPR by 1 now applies to all Origin Room Crew for the entire Battle Duration.
[/*]Visiri 30% Incoming Damage Reduction now applies to all Crew in the same Room (and lasts longer).
[/*]
Additionally, all Crews using the Arson Ability and Drakian Crew Fire Resistance stats will be improved.
