Ghouls and fiends of every conceivable form skulk and chitter in every shadow, ensnaring the bravest of men and breaking them over their knees into wailing madmen. Our troops may prepare, but they will never be truly ready to face the crawling terrors that plague our estate. You are off the edge of the map, and here be monsters..." Here Be Monsters is a series of mods that will add dozens of new enemies and trinkets to Darkest Dungeon. This is an ongoing project that will periodically update as new enemies are released. The enemies have varied mechanics and diverse movesets that bring added challenge to your game. Female Abomination Skin by Dinosaur Nerd This is pretty simply an abomination skin that allows for equal opportunity employment for she-beasts seeking to earn gold and glory in the darkest hamlet alongside other brave adventurers! This does not alter gameplay in any way, and is simply artwork. I created this to practice my own artwork and try to improve shading in particular, though I also wanted to practice some anatomy and such. The Baron Class Conversion by Roderick Having grown tired of the usual audience within his own court, the Baron has departed from the swarms of corrupted nobles, and arrived at the Hamlet, bringing with him his latest dramas and sadistic games. This mod takes the Baron boss from the Crimson Court, and converts them into a fully playable hero class you can pick up from your stagecoach. The Baron is a mid-rank support that can be built to either debilitate your enemies, or provide risky, but rewarding buffs to your allies. The Orphaned Thief by Blue Skies Above A lost child, whose resourcefulness and cunning have made sure that she is still alive to this day. She carries the likeness of devilkin and the marks of traumas past. She has no memories of the place she is from, but boasts an uncanny knack for skulking around unseen. Wanted by no one and with no place of belonging, she wanders the land begging and stealing to survive, stumbling upon this cursed land by accident. Dont let her young age fool you, she is more dangerous than she looks. The Orphaned Thief functions much the same as a Grave Robber, dancing back with stealth and lunging forward for massive damage.
