As usual continuing my commitment to my players and ensuring this game is as best as it can be. Once again another playthrough this week and loads of different bugs fixed and improvements. - El Kitaro stated that going alone but party comes. Party clearer created - Fire demon and other fire creatures powers given - Azumi needs a boat script error fixed - Gunhild sleep loop fixed - Percy now appears - Perry has better tiger slash graphic - flushing at food harbour now works - Stop laundry sound once out of laundry - Removed old escape to Astrotarium - Rescue Stirry quest reappearing in quest list fixed - False game completion achievement fixed - Overlap of text for chef in cat castle fixed - Loyla enthusiast in school image fixed - Wendy sweets had a bug if you eat them now fixed - Kenix home DV version credits removed - Conditional to find El Kitaro gone happens if you just get into car park

I would not blame you if you feel like "this guy has no life" because yet again I have updated this game with many improvements. They are listed below but I warn you this may constitute a spoiler.

- Typo corrected at Queen Dystorpia chat with book

- Dark Fire, Dystorpia powers now are not more than 50 to cast

- Puzzle master skill etc.. removed as of no use

- Battle in temple now is a group one not one by one as tedious

- Better rewards from Senor El Fuego

- Better Azumi witch increases after mission

- Cat King gets more from divine catnip

Small update after yesterdays major update. Basically one of my updates / improvements caused an error when launching the game. Easy to fix but still critical. I cannot let players wait so here it is!

As my ongoing commitment into making this game as best as we can we regularly play through this game and work on fixing annoying bugs as well as adding improvements. Here is the list of improvements. 1. Special gun and binoculars now findable in later levels 2. Some items were key items but cluttered up the common items area. This has been fixed. 3. Certain bosses were quite weak when powered up. Still working on this but some of these are now done. Expect more to be improved later. This is true mainly for the side quests. 4. Saving Amelia's boyfriend side quest would not disappear after completed. It now does! 5. Some items were free! This has been fixed. Sakura would never give you something free! 6. Divine cat blessing fixed (to not ruin the game for people not that far I won't say more!) 7. Cats appearing before rescued bug is now fixed. (again not turning this into a spoiler!) 8. Tucker's text had some typos these are fixed now Thank you ALL for playing Kenix and the Cat King! We will be continuing to improve this game regularly until it reaches perfection! This took me a while to work out but now there are Linux, MacOS, SteamDeck versions along with the Windows version. Enjoy!!!

IN GAME ACHIEVEMENTS ADDED!!! NOTE: These are not Steam achievements so will only appear in game If you have been playing this game and have performed actions that should result in achievements do not worry this will update and add your achievements! The achievements area is in the menu screen. There are 64 achievements that are possible. My favourite achievement to get is just sleeping everywhere (well the Cat King is a cat of course!) Most additional battles and items you collect will be achievements

- Secret code acquisition error fixed This game gets patched as soon as an error is found within 24 hours often within 1 hour.

18.04.2025 - Cat can be in two places during the great cat meeting. This is now fixed

One of the times to get on and off the boat was fixed at the Ghost Ship.

Army Dog face in the hospital had a minor error this is now fixed I will patch any issues I find immediately!
