In this new version, whether or not you wear a hat doesn't affect whether a person is a doppelganger. The answer to questioning their appearance was a mocking reference to myself for adding that mechanic in the old version. In summary, not wearing a hat is not an issue and doesnt need to be verified by call, which is why that option doesnt exist in this version. As for the removed information, only what is relevant has been kept, such as Nacha's eye color for example. Everything else can be verified with photographs, so it no longer serves any purpose and was removed to make the photos larger.
