As part of improving captain customization, we have added portraits. Furthermore, this will mean that crew be more than a name.

- Currently, only new games can have them
- Looking to add a system to identify saves without portrait data and allow for one to be set - New Game Panel have been updated to include the portrait creation

- The way effects from Traits and Items are now routed through this new system to keep them active when added
- Previous save files will be able to utilize this system
