Coach Traits Replaced with Team Traits

Team Traits


The experimental coach "trait" attribute has been removed and replaced with team traits. This change allows teams to have unique characteristics that can negatively or positively influence their performance in certain matches. A small number of teams will obtain or lose a trait at the start of each year.
**Available Traits: 1. Choker: Performance will get affected negatively in important matches. Default teams: Denmark, Netherlands, Columbia. 2. Erratic: Randomly affected positively or negatively in any matches. Default teams: Costa Rica, Uruguay. 3. Clutch: Performance improves under pressure in important games. Default team: France. An indicator will appear during matches if a team has a trait. Clicking on it provides more information about the trait.

The team table now includes additional columns for traits and tokens.

  • Use the Elo conversion tool to linearly scale Elo ratings based on various topics. Enter data like "the most democratic countries" or "the most green countries" and turn their ratings into football Elo ratings.
  • Export or import saves. Export specific data like new teams or competition formats.
  • Random incidents that can affect teams' performances.
