Football Coaches

Fifteen coaches have been introduced to the game. They can influence a team's performance either positively or negatively.
Initially, all of them will start as unemployed in the first year. However, by the second year, some of them may seek job opportunities based on their ambitions. They are more likely to get hired by teams whose elo ratings match their reputation. If these coaches perform well and want to stay, their teams may offer to renew their contracts. All of their attributes, such as ambition, luck, and reputation, can fluctuate from year to year. However, their reputation is more closely tied to their match results. Additionally, their coaching styles may change randomly. On the profile page, you can also check out their statistics including, contract periods, trophy counts, team world rankings.

Team Adjustments Suspended

The team adjustment feature has been suspended to make way for the new coach feature.

Luck, Mentality and Penalty

Each year, some teams may have a slight chance of experiencing more dramatic fluctuations in luck, penalties, or mentality. However, its much more likely to see this kind of changes in luck compared to the other two attributes.

The "rocket" icon representing special skills has been repositioned below a team's flag.
