Patch 4Patch 4 is now live!
This is the biggest and final major update to the game. I will release the game in a few days as a final product. There may be some small updates to fix reported bugs.
This update includes the following changes:
- Added 10s of new cards, including spells, new resources, building and characters.
- Every boss and some allies now have special skills.
- You can now recruit a dragon, a druid and skelletons.
- Added 3 new spells.
- Every area has been modified to make it a little bit more unique.
- Added achievements.
- Ranges and max distances have beeen adjusted for all cards.
- Allies and enemies are more reactive, and have better detection.
- Fixed some bugs with character behaviour.
- The caravan is now a ches
- Unlocked recipes appear first.
Thanks to all of you who supported the game. This was my first released project. It has been dificult, but I learned a lot along the way. I hope you continue to enjoy OrbHand and look forward to new, better games!

This patch contains the following changes:
- Characters can now target enemies when they are attacked.
- Clicking a recipe unlock card you already have unlocked spawns an unlocked one, or a resource from the pack.
- Some recipe unlock cards have been corrected.
- Info area now shows a count of the elements in a stack. If the targeted card if not the first of the stack, it will show the cards in the substack, so cutting them should be easier when trying to manage resources.
- Corrected a bug where the loaded file was not the selected one.
- The Apprentice now can use the reseach table and the Orb.
- Solved a bug where collecting the produce of a building restarted the process.
- Building that generate enemies now unasign their characters to prevent spawning more enemies that intended.
- The info area is now more precise when showing data of the selected card.
- Corrected a bug where asigning stacks into a building crashed the game.
- There are new visual indicators when unlocking a map part.
- The speed of the camera is modified when zooming in or out. The camera should stick less often to the borders.
- Cards make less sound when loading the game.
- Buttons in the main menu have been adjusted for a more precise selection.

- Fixed some bugs with the stacking system that made cards fly out of the screen.
- Fixed a bug that crashed the game when stacking.
- Fixed a bug that made the screen appear black.
- Fixed minor visual bugs.
- Fixed a bug that made the menu icon difficult to click.
- Fixed a bug that made the game window dissapear when clicking the options menu.
- Improved some buildings' description.
- Added a few pages to the initial tutorial.
- Locked cards now cant be selected.

Here is a new update. This time I focused on polishing the game to make it feel easier and more intuitive.
Here are some of the implemented changes:
- Added a rally system to make it easier to control characters. Use "1" to "5" keys!
- Reworked the mouse interactions and controls. Now almost everything can be done with left click, and double clicks have been entirely removed from the game.
- Cards now glow instead of becoming bigger to make selecting them easier.
- Stacking over a card that is asigned now stacks to the building.
- Buildings now asign regular stacks, making easier to remove the resources you want.
- Added chests (1 Wood, 1 Mana, 1 Metal).
- Stacks with recipes now get build automatically instead of needing a character asigned.
- Increased the drop rate of bones and stones.
- Added the posibility of consulting recipes without opening the menu constantly. Check the "To Map" button under recipes menu.
- Improved the menus a little bit.
- Improved loading methods. (Should avoid a lot of crashes).
- Bards are now healers! They heal a character every 15 seconds.
- Fixed some bugs...
I think that the game if far more enjoyable now. I hope that you continue to have fun with the game.
This will probably be the last update until Early Access starts. The content for the game is almost entirely done for now, so I will focus on polishing further and removing bugs.

Since Next Fest is coming, I added a little update with the following changes:
- Cards now glow when there is an applicable recipe
- You can now hide the tutorial when starting the game
- Added an option to change the display monitor
- If you lose the game, Bosses wont respawn when you load the game, and you will have some new allies to help you prepare to tackle the challenge again!
- Fixed bugs with the booster pack unlocked labels
- Enemy spawn rates have been reduced

In this update I added the following:
- Increased the cards' area to make stacking easier.
- Added an indicator of how many card remain unlocked in a pack.
- Fixed a bug where crafting did not consume resources.
- Various small visual fixes and improvements.
- Added the posibility to destroy buildings.
- Added a spell counter.
- Fixed a bug where enemies remained select when taking an action.
- Added 2 new secret characters. (You will need a ton of bones).
- Modified the savefile system to minimize crashes when updating to future versions.
- Added support for larger screen. (I do not own a 4k monitor, please tell me if u see something is wrong.)
- Improved the tutorial notes at the beginning of the games to include videos and key references.
