Greetings dear mortals,
Just a mini-update from your friends at Little Bat Games! We've been having an exciting and overwhelming awards season. It's incredible to see the critical response to Vampire Therapist and has given us a lot of confidence to double down on our game development process here.
Awards Season Highlights

Just a few weeks ago, we picked up the German Computer Games Prize for Best Story during a wild awards show night. It turns out that the German game development scene is as wacky as we are!
Now we're up for a
Games for Change award in the Health & Wellness category. Players have been telling us how meaningful Vampire Therapist has been for them, and we're thrilled we get to show our stuff to a different crowd. The awards will be streamed on June 26th from the Parsons School of Design in New York.
Check out the stream at 6:30pm ET if you'd like to follow along !
Then on the 9th of July, we'll be up for a
Develop:Star award for Best Original IP! We like our IP quite well and if someone from Netflix would like to get in touch, we'll talk.
If you missed it, we also picked up a Qweerty Queer Gaming Excellence Award! We're absolutely honored that our message of self-acceptance was seen.
Okay, okay, I don't care about stupid awards
Geez, okay, we just wanted to share some moments that made us proud, but okay, we get it.
We have gone into production on our next game and we couldn't be more excited! This is the fun part for us: making blisteringly unique characters, talking to the top academics in the world, and finding the perfect voices are what we've been focusing on. We're not ready to reveal what we're up to yet, but you can expect the same viciously playful humor and historical psychology approach. And there will be a returning client from Vampire Therapist. It's not Edmund.
Thank you all for supporting us and helping us get to this place! Keep telling your friends about Vampire Therapist, and if they make a grossed-out face, be patient. They will be ready for therapy when they are ready, as Andromachos might say.
Until next time, pardners, stay cozy in your coffins and if you have a horse, tell them you love them.
Love,
Little Bat Games
