CHANGES Kings' Will now stuns low-level targets based on the level difference between the attacker and the target.
- Kings' Will I: 50 levels difference for a 1-second stun; 4 seconds of silence for everyone within the technique range.
- Kings' Will II: 45 levels difference for a 1-second stun; 1 second of sleep for everyone within the technique range.
- Kings' Will III: 40 levels difference for a 1.5-second stun; 1.25 seconds of sleep for everyone within the technique range.
