Focus on: The Mines

The Mines have been enhanced and improved based on feedback and suggestions. On Mine maps you’ll encounter new enemies, events, environment obstacles, hazards, and a variety of ways to get your crew killed. We look forward to hearing what you think!

Combat

Added new enemy types to Mines maps.
Several existing enemies have evolved new defenses for dealing with intruders.

Exploration

Enemies that have spotted you are now tracked on the minimap.
Added new hot loot items to the Mines.
Added new events to the Mines.
Added secret tunnels to the Mines. (Sshhh!)
Added jammed doors to the Mines.

Class Changes

Smuggler’s Slot Machine ability can no longer miss.

The Time Unit cost of Smuggler’s Showdown ability is now 500% weapon Time Unit cost.

Misc

Enemies that have spotted you are now tracked on the minimap.
Additional sounds have been added for Hacker, Soldier, Smuggler and Engineer abilities.
Optimizations made to audio and runtime memory usage.

Fixes

Fixed an issue Soldier’s Bomblets halting combat (thanks Ardhes!)
Fixed an issue with Smuggler failing while attempting blackmail (thanks Tinavie!)
Fixed an issue with some graphics prefs not being applied upon entering a scene.
Fixed some issues and typos with Corporate terminal events.
Fixed an issue with Engineer’s Special Delivery not being applied to some constructs.
Fixed UI issue with character quick-select in shops.
Fixed several small mesh placement issues in Corp environments (thanks Alexzzz!)
