Add bullet selection menu to relevant specials, contributed by Hyperme.
Increase per-world tile limit from 800 to 1000.
Add editor help message explaining how to enable Custom JSP for items.

Fixed:

Fix visual bugs when combining underwater/lava, handheld mode, and movies.
Fix Steam Workshop uploads occasionally re-including files from previous uploads.
Fix Creeping Cone having an attack sound when it shouldn't.
Fix water splash particles sometimes flashing the wrong color (especially obvious when raining on Splatter Mode).
Fix a missing text file in Halloween Horror 2 - TG.
Fix Summon Bullet prompt to indicate that equations are allowed.
Fix Summon Bullet's facing information for Cheese Hammer (was 8, should be 255).
