Small balance changes to some zones.

Zone 26, famous for being tough to progress through had a few more potions added and the achievement coin is now surrounded by locks and not rocks. Zone 6 had a few changes that make it faster to progress through. Zone 19's Basilisk had its HP reduced to 9.
