The game is developed by one person, I just started to learn 3D, so the models and visuals of the game will be improved before the release. Now the game is at an early stage of development, the cars don't look perfect and the traffic cars are terrible. I will redo the traffic cars soon.
In technical terms, most of the game mechanics are already done. But they will still be improved.
