Happy New Fear

We are now in the New Year and 2023 will be a rather special year for this game. If everything goes according to plan, the game will launch in Early Access this year. Even the full release might happen in 2023. Despite that, the game will not be part of the Steam Next Fest in February. A game can only participate in one Steam Next Fest and the event takes place multiple times a year. The closer Geared for Fear is to release, the more content can be included in the event demo, so it is worth waiting for a later festival.

The status of the game


At this point, six of the 13 playable vehicles are complete. The current plan is, to only enter Early Access once all of them are finished. Geared for Fear combines car combat with the character variety of fighting games. Like a fighting game character, each vehicle has a distinct set of attacks and other abilities.

Free for All Madness

Twelve rival criminals chase a money truck. Attack the truck, or kill competitors, to take the riches.

13 Unique Vehicles

Choose between monster trucks, a hearse, a limousine, a harvester and more - each with different playstyles.
