Patch Notes - 9/14/2019

RiledUp42: We've squashed some bugs reported by the community and fixed a few other things as well! We added a new collectable called Scribbles which are scattered around the levels. Scribbles represent potential creative energy in the world and you can use them at the Costume Shop to buy bonus costumes we'll be adding periodically as FREE DLC! Don't worry; you won't ever be able to buy Scribbles using real money. Super Sketch Bob is a microtransaction-free game and it always will be! New Features:

  • Added Scribbles to World 1 and 2!
  • Costume crates now wiggle and sparkle!
  • Options accessible from title screen.
  • Added Gatcha-esque system to buy bonus costumes to be added post-launch.
  • Added two new bonus costumes to test Scribble functionality.
  • Added preloader before company logo.
  • Added Browncoat's Garb idle.

Bugs Squashed:
  • Quitting from pause works fully.
  • Fixed a bug with Time Trials showing when they shouldn't if you go to a sub-menu and return to the map.
  • Options save even if you die.
  • Fixed issues with Browncoat's Garb being misnamed in code. (This will not affect saved data, but if you already obtained the costume, you likely did not get the achievement. That issue is now fixed.)
  • Blocked off World 3 since it's not done yet. (Originally, World 3 was left open so that you could play the first level. However, because content critical to achievements and proper saving wasn't in the last build, it's been blocked off for now until its content is complete.)

Super Sketch Bob is a 2D action platformer which gives you the power to draw ladders, bridges and trampolines to overcome challenges and save the day! You play as Bob. He’s a little doodle guy who lives inside a Sketchbook.

One day, Bob finds the Magic Pencil, which allows him to draw anything he can imagine! But Bob’s sister Liz gets jealous of him and tries to take the pencil! What a brat!

Instead, she ends up with the Magic Eraser! Liz discovers she can erase holes in the world and use them to get around faster! Upon discovering that this really upsets her big bro, Liz starts erasing more bits of the world! Now, Bob, equipped with his Magic Pencil must stop Liz from erasing the world!
