 - Fluids now decay (milk spoils, etc.); merged putrid and dirty water into just water; merged dirty and clean engine oil into just engine oil
 - Increase the amount of damage running into things/zombies do to vehicles
 - Add button to admin menu to delete all dropped/floating-around items
 - Add ability to wire things to stationary fluid tanks

- For weapons with no proper reload animation - hide the reload
 - Fix zombies not damaging vehicles when run over
 - Fix invisible players having use options
 - Fix falling through cave floor when first loading in
 - Fix having use options appear on invisible things and players
 - Fix falling through cave floors when initially loading in
 - Fix not being able to snap already-built crates to shelves
 - Fix microwave not heating things properly
 - Fix charcoal kilns not burning hot enough
 - Significantly increase amount of fluid plants get per second from sprinklers
