Good morning, fateful friends!

To thank you for your patience as we work to get Shae and Maeve's 2nd halves ready to play, we decided to give you all a free side story starring Brigid Farglas (Shae's sister)! Here are the details:

• It follows Brigid on her first day as a handmaiden to Queen Afe, picking up almost immediately after chapter three of Shae's route. (If you haven't played that yet, you may want to!)

• It's about 11k words long, and shows off several new locations in the Seelie palace!

• Along with Brigid, you'll see a few more familiar faces: Afe, Keagan, and... Robin?! On the Seelie side?! Oh no.

All you have to do to access the side story is select the "side stories" book in the main menu and click on the first preview you see, called The Handmaiden! We really hope you enjoy it!

Before we go, we have one last update: We plan to release Part II of Shae and Maeve routes on December 21, 2025! While we were hoping the second release would be way sooner, unfortunately this year has been rather tumultuous for our team between the current political climate and more than one health scare. Nonetheless, we're working very hard to get these routes completed before the end of the year, and appreciate all the support/grace we've been given in the meanwhile.
