You begin your expedition at one of many research camps around the island. Buy yourself tools, sell the resources you gather, and invest in new and more advanced equipment to compete against fellow researchers.

Small Update 11
As we await upcoming bug fixes and updates, I'd like to propose a quarterly server wipe cycle for discussion. Under this model, the server would reset every three monthsfour times annuallycreating a balanced gameplay rhythm throughout the year.
To clarify the server would be separate from the rest. Tagged as for example: (3MONTHLY Server).
Our community has been deliberating on the optimal wipe frequency that would maintain player engagement while still providing adequate time for meaningful progression. A three-month cycle potentially offers the best of both worlds: enough time to establish bases, and form alliances, without the stagnation that can occur with longer periods.
What are your thoughts on this quarterly approach? Would this timeline strike the right balance between refreshing gameplay and allowing for substantial accomplishment?
