Ui Mouse click fix.

Since the last controller update of friday we redone a part on how the ui skill menu behaves. While using a keyboard if you unlock a skill ability it could result in the mouse click not being able to be registered on other ui like the survival and the inventory. Resulting in the ui being stuck and unable to interact with them.
