Steam Strategy Fest Demo Hotfix 0.2.1

Hello survivors! We have been blown away by the feedback and support we've received so far and are thrilled to see folks playing and enjoying the demo! We've identified a number of bugs, balance changes, and stability improvements that we want to make and are planning to have a larger demo patch out later this week. For now we've pushed a hotfix that adds some smaller quality of life and bug fixes: Improvements:
- Additional way to view safe tutorial, will now appear when attempting to open a locked safe
- Slightly increased the drop rate of blueprints and relics
- Made damage and noise stat popups more clear by adding text labels
- Small UI change to enemy awareness bar to make it more clear when they will hear noise
- Fix some layering issues on Hospital levels
- Remove inaccessible loot container from Residential level
- Prevent ability/action tooltips from staying on screen after ending turn
- Lower shrieker sound effect volume for shriek and death
- Show correct noise amount for throwables in hover tooltip

- Manage your caravan: who will get rations, who will go out to scavenge, and who you will take in or cast out?
- Experience something new every playthrough: randomized events, survivors, and maps means no two playthroughs are the same.
