Code cleanup and minor bug fixes in preparation of DLC

Despite being a rather simple casual game, no game is ever developed bug-free. In order to prepare for our DLC we fixed them. See the changes below. The DLC will give players with certain bluetooth enabled massage devices the opportunity to not only play the game, but to "experience" it. Gameplay

Select a monster of your choice and try to reveal it. Make them undress by eliminating the brick wall they are hiding behind. Unlock a gallery of colored monsters in the main menu.
