Trading cards, badges, leaderboard, fixes, and improvements


I finally managed to get this update ready for shipping. There are now leaderboards (in-game) for Arcade-mode and a "completed Daily run" board that shows who the best daily challenger is. Further more the requested Steam trading-cards with badges and everything that comes with that have been activated, so you can now collect a few trading-cards and see if you can unlock some cool badges. Also added a host of fixes and improvements to the game, controller support and more. Here's the full list of things:

  • added leaderboards arcade mode
  • fixed some rendering issues
  • fixed controller disconnecting when switching fullscreen
  • added “best runners” leaderboard to daily mode
  • added trading cards and badges
  • added fullscreen toggle to the in-game setup room
  • added option for VSync (see in-game setup room)
  • fixed “top of stairs” bug in buildings
  • fixed “rescue+die” bug in buildings
  • fixed General P.Hat end-boss bugs

A world under attack by tanks, spiders, bombs, rockets, aliens and the evil Black Duck army, ... that world needs a hero, you are that hero! are you ready to join the Gunslugs ?

If you like over the top action, chaos, explosions, weirdness and don’t take it all too serious, then you know exactly what Gunslugs is all about.

A combination of fast run and gun gameplay mixed with elements of all our favorite movies and other pop-art from the 90s and 80s.


The Black Duck Army is back with new domination plans, this time they want to take the galaxy! Their signal towers are covering the planet, and alien technology seems to be used all over the place Luckily the Gunslugs are here to stop them.




Seven worlds, 8 levels per world, end of level bosses, randomly generated inside-area's, tanks,hell-worms,rocket-launchers,aliens,lightning guns, huge spaceships, cut scenes, and so much more, all keeping you clinging to your device.
