A few updates before weekend:

- new: option to skip introduction levels (AOF2)
- new: chickens :-)
- new: a dozen of new items: poison axe, ring of lightning, doombringer, king's armor, dark elves staff, maul of strength, phasing cape, shield of faith, shadow hand, etc.
- update: nicer-looking messages in unwinnable levels
- bugfix: Snowman achievement fix
