Last release has broken multiplayer mode - so sorry for that :-(

We were planning to release it before weekend, but it seems some players are very interested in multiplayer. This patch should fix it:

- new: main menu screen redone (displays nice backgrounds!)
- balance: chaos/undead units price changes (minor)
- bug: it was possible no accept no-selection on campaign path-selection
- bug: multiplayer battles could not be started without assigning AI Neutrals controller
