- Interstate Cargo Theft has been nerfed

XXX HIGLIGHT ON THOSE ANNOYING ORGANIZATIONS xxxx
They are a lot of fancy organizations in Jey's Empire, but they are also those classical boring criminals.
I want to give you some tips about the behaviour of those organizations players often tend to ignore (until it's too late).
Beware: The Max scores given here can be changed by players actions.
Interstate Cargo Theft
Max activity score : 33
Max Threat score: 10
Evolution & Turning points: At an activity score of 10, this organization will try to bribe local policemen, so try to neutralize them before they get that kind of immunity buff. (They have been nerfed, see below).
Bank Robbers
Max activity: 50
Max violence: 15
Max threat : 10
Evolution & Turning points :
In some ways, we can say that this criminal activity autoregulates itself.
When their activity score and threat score begin to rise too high, they tend to spend some time hidding and spending dumbly their dollars, may be across the Mexican border. You will lose their tracks but they will came back less dangerous.
Bank Robbers may in some cases become very violent : this is just a matter of time before they die in a violent shoot up.
Car Theft
Max activity : 20
Max threat : 8
Evolution & Turning points: those are boring, as they only develop their activity to a point they become dangerous for your trust, but without ever becoming one of the major threat. They have great chances of becoming the organizations that make you lose the game because you will have allways some nastier guys to fight.
Fugitives
Evolution & Turning points: Even if you don't chase them, they will at some point make a mistake and be arrested. You just have to be patient...
BUT, there is one outcome you really don't want: Imagine the local police arresting them and taking all the pride for that arrest...
Fugitives are one of the rare early game foes that can make you lose Self Control points. That won't be a problem until mid-end game, but that means that you will have to change your behaviour at some point in the game.

Interstate Cargo Theft nerfed
This type of criminal activities tended to become monsters if you did not checked them in time.
It will still be the case, but they will grow slower and their their max activity score is now only 33 (vs. 50 previously).
They are still a threat, but you now have some extra turns to deal with them and you will lose Trust every 3 turns instead of every 2 turns when they are at their maximum level.
Killed bug
Did you notice that after saving/reloading a game, you seemed to lose some actions against organizations you gained via events?
This was particulary the case for the Black Panther files...
This bug is no more, and now, dealing with the Black panthers will be a piece of cake!
Screen Resolution optimization
The texts of the scenarios were cut with some screen resolutions : that should not be still the case now.
