Out Now in Early Access!
After working hard the last few months, the game is finally available in Early Access! Thank you to those that have helped test so far, your input has been invaluable. Getting our little game in Early Access means you'll get to part of the journey as we continue building it and adding more features and content, and we can't wait to take you along for the ride. Obviously the game isn't going to be perfect - there are going to be parts that may not feel finished and there will be bugs, but helping us identify them will mean we can fix them faster and make a better game.
The game is being released in version v.0.1 in which we have the following features ready for you to explore:
This is an Early Access release so we're looking for feedback from you! Let us know if you encounter something that doesn't feel smooth or balanced, and we're love to hear your ideas on other content and features you think we could add to the game. Keep in mind that we can't implement all feature and content requests, but if it fits with what we want the final game to be we'll explore the possibility. The best place to give us feedback and report bugs is on our Discord. We're active and involved in our community there so if you have Discord please consider joining! Early Access is finally here!

Latest updates
The game is being released in version v.0.1 in which we have the following features ready for you to explore:
- A crafting tree of 30 items
- Wood, rock, metal and light crafting materials
- Quests from Gloomsdale villagers
- Simple town management

The world has been plunged into eternal night, blanketed in darkness by eerie creatures that cannot survive in the light. Despite the gloom there is still hope as a rare source of light that grows from the ground has emerged, and a gifted few are able to manipulate it to their will; the Lightsmiths.
You are one of the rare individuals able to craft with light, and it’s up to you to keep your settlement running. Gather your materials, craft light sources in your forge, and help your fellow villagers survive. Slowly grow your settlement into a self-sustaining village that welcomes newcomers and stands as a beacon of hope in this dark and gloomy world, keeping the creatures of darkness at bay.
And whatever you do, don’t let the light go out.
