Neon Dragons is a fast-paced action roguelite with active and passive item collection mechanics, and retrowave-style visuals. The player's objective is to survive as long as possible in each stage and eliminate all bosses in the game.

In a new universe every game, the player has to survive the waves to collect equipment and be able to progress through the stages that become increasingly difficult.

With a wide variety of active and passive items, the player has 4 playable ships in total, each one with its own characteristics, and with permanent improvements that can be activated at the beginning of each game, such as accumulative attributes that make the adventure more and more interesting over time.

With a total of 4 different stages, each one with its own enemies and bosses, exploring these stages will be a difficult and different challenge at each new journey, and the player will have to choose well their equipment to increase their destructive power as much as possible.
And at the end of the game, the player can choose to continue with their adventure beyond the last boss to face increasingly stronger enemies and compete with other players who has the highest record of points and time survived.
