So, Wolcen works pretty much from a fresh install. You may have to open system.cfg and set r_fullscreen=1 and r_FullScreenWindow=0 in order for it to recognize the mouse. I was able to set it back to borderless windowed afterwards.
Please note, the performance isn't the greatest in this game, and it's in ALPHA currently, so that's to be expected.
