So on the wine end things are running as they should with a few patches. On the mesa RADV end, there's work to be done. Good to see the game runs though!

Basically if you have a really high end GFX card, you don't need to care about the performance loss for not getting with Windows.

eh not true, this game uses vulkan, which runs natively in linux even with wine. opengl and vulkan games usually run ok, directx games have to be translated. I still have performance issues with some dx11 games via wine

I've reported it here https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=104302 but on the phoronix forums David Airlie (lead RADV dev) seems to think it runs fine on an RX 480 - can anyone confirm?

this video is currently being used in a bug report on both wine and mesa. since this video, there are now patches for mostly everything currently except the melty-faces in some cutscenes (like his mothers face in the porridge or soup bed scene). https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=43935 https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=104302 as for vanilla wine and wine-staging, the rating remains garbage because the game wont open without patches

In order to run the game with minor graphical glitches (only facial expressions remain messed up) - you need mesa-git and wine-staging 3.4 with vulkan setup properly
