I published it before it finished parsing the other quality options.The short version is -- VAAPI hardware decode (without DRM) causes the green video artifacting during playback. In VLC you can fix it if you go to the codec section and do any of these 3:- disable hardware decoding- choose VAAPI with DRM- choose VDPAUPosting this in hopes that it helps others because this was driving me insane.
