I've been a fan for a long time. You'd think the game is simple once you get the hang of it, but the skill ceiling is pretty much limitless. Every enemy movement is predictable with very few exceptions (bats), so a beginner tries to figure out how to kill a single enemy without getting hit but on the highest level, players can predict entire rooms worth of enemies and try to come up with a plan to get through with as few beats as possible. There is still an active racing community where we do seeded races (so a random layout, but it's the same for both players). It's absolutely mesmerizing to watch the top runners zoom through this entire game, seemingly coming up with elaborate plans within split-seconds.

This is really odd, on my steamdeck the game doesn't register any button inputs. So it's completely unplayable. Any thoughts on why it isn't working for me it clearly should be possible? I'm baffled.
